Description:
Bring the entire family to the California African American Museum (CAAM), to commemorate the 236th celebration of Americas independence. Target Sundays at CAAM meets Wednesday for this special evening of live performances and the largest fireworks extravaganza in Los Angeles. Free and open to the public, CAAMs doors open at 11 a.m. 5 p.m. for exhibition viewing and an art workshop. A Special Evening Program will start at 6 p.m., co-hosted by comedian DLai and actor Jeffrey Anderson-Gunter. There will be live performances on CAAMs main stage, followed by a fireworks display in Exposition Park. CAAM will reserve a seat for event-goers on CAAMs lawn to view the fireworks extravaganza. Vendors will be available throughout the day serving BBQ, kettle corn, local fashion designs, and much more. This event is free and open to the public. For more information visit www.caamuseum.org.
