Join us for a delightful evening perusing the artifacts in Sacred Gold: Pre-Hispanic Art of Colombia and experience the captivating beauty and warm culture of South America through art, music, dance, shopping and cuisine. Enchanting live classical guitar music from Cantamerica with Raul Chavez and Javier Valdivia, both born in Peru, perform during Happy Hour in the John M. Lee Court. The nights highlight is a dazzling performance directed by Salomon Rivera, 3-time World Salsa Champion and 4-time U.S. Salsa Champion, and dancers from his studio, Latin Hips, as they perform Argentine tango, cumbia, and the cha cha cha. You can watch the rhythmic moves and try them out for yourself in a fun lesson.
